Since 2009 she is guest lecturer at Tilburg University, Master in Organisation Studies (organizational dynamics, organizational development) and at KU Leuven (cross cultural psychology)..
Her frames of reference and sources of inspiration are: systems thinking, group dynamics, psychodynamics, Theme Centered Interaction, Theory U, transformative mediation, multi-actor collaboration, Future Search, and circle processes. Silvia likes to work in an interactive and creative way to generate processes of deep and ‘living learning’ , change and co-creation.
